VIRTUAL/PERSONAL ASSISTANT

Compensation: $14 - 16/hour

I'm looking for a Personal Assistant to partner in 2022. This individual will be a fan of the Romance & Urban Fantasy fiction genres and someone who has some experience in the following:

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

• Co-hosting Author Takeovers

• Mailing out paperbacks/swag

• Moderator for Romance author panels & discussion events

• Executing giveaways and seed engagement in reader group

• Share book promos in appropriate high-traffic FB groups to generate buzz

• Managing ARC teams, including vetting new members and sending e-book ARCs and reminding them to leave reviews.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Maintain a cordial, helpful engagement with readers

• Knowledgeable in the Romance genres, including paranormal, fantasy and Sci-Fi sub-genres.

• Fan of Urban Fantasy

• Dependable, highly communicative

• Able to meet via Zoom at least once a month to review projects

TERMS:

Our partnership will be under a 90 day probationary period to determine if we are a fit and can work together effectively. You will be compensated during this period.

ESTIMATED WORK: ~ 2.5 hours/week (Days are flexible) *Amount of hrs/week may increase over time depending on amount of tasks & quality of performance.
